Trump meeting with the Russians was treasonous. That doesn’t mean Bannon doesn’t spread hate, lies and misinformation.
The opposite of this silly toon is true – Trump praised Bannon – until he came out with this book, now he has lost his mind. So are you saying it is wrong for people to agree with someone they have disagreed with before? Or are you saying this is only happening on the left? Or are you just trying to make some silly point that the sinking ship isn’t really sinking?
Cartoonists should really read the book first, then draw. Bannon isn’t portrayed that way. Actually, everyone should read this book. I found it fascinating that reads like a cross between “The Twilight Zone” and the “Beverly Hillbillies”.
Actually, the book, “Fire and Fury” more closely resembles a Kitty Kelley biography, with its careful crafting of facts and rumor! And, as Mr. Wolff says, everything in the book is backed by written contemporaneous notes and/or verbal recordings. The ONLY disappointment so far is that it appears that Donnie won’t be sueing! I was so looking forward to the transcripts of the Trump deposition in the “discovery” part of the trial – oh, well!

MOST people don’t believe either one.

It seems to me that Bannon only said out loud what all of Trump’s wranglers already knew.

A friend on an old list-serv had a sig line:
A bad idea from your best friend is still a bad idea; a good idea from your worst enemy is still a good idea. Which is this?

Funny. This comic can be turned around with trump’s team describing Bannon as truthful — until now. I guess Phil misunderstood the irony.

Plenty of evidence available without Bannon.

I think everyone tells the truth (sometimes). The problem is figuring out when they are not. Some people are easier to figure out than others.
