Movie theaters were viable In the ancient days of small screen TV’s when ticket prices were reasonable. But with large screen HD TV’s in virtually every home and outrageous ticket prices nowadays, it baffles me that people continue to spend their hard earned money to watch a movie at a theater.
Same goes for sporting events. Whatever possesses people to spend several hundred bucks to watch a game from a great distance in the nosebleed section when they could see it close up in the comfort of their easy chairs defies logic and reason.
