While in college I was hired by a sociology professor to be a teaching assistant. My main asset was I knew how to use the computer in his office. I was able to quickly convert his student test grades from a Scantron print out into a database. With proper calculations for weight and totals. His last week of each semester, before me, he was sequestered in his office calculating everything by hand. No one could talk to him, students or staff. He had over 200 in class students and 600 independent study students. By entering student grades throughout the semester He could have a students average in two minutes. The entire semester of classes printed in five minutes. He almost wanted to kiss me on the mouth.Paul should learn how to create a spreadsheet.
