I knew it was too good to last. AQI is 75 this morning, and the temp is 34. BRRRR! But it’s supposed to reach 81 this afternoon. Hooray!
I got a whole bunch of tomatoes in the freezer yesterday. It’s so easy to par boil them for 3 minutes. let them cool. then slit the skin off and squeeze the wonderful tomatoes out of their skins. Simple but time consuming. but very worth it all winter long when i make soups and sauces.
