I’ve been reading a book about a TV star who lives with her former glamorous movie-star grandmother. One of the things these two characters do for entertainment with each other is feed each other a line of dialog from a movie during the course of normal conversation. The other one then guesses who (actor, not character) said it, which movie and the year it was released.For instance: “Fiddle-dee-dee” Vivian Leigh, “Gone With The Wind”, 1939. (They actually used that one, the grandmother was pooh-poohing something the granddaughter said to her.) It could be fun to try……
