Morning, Village.Yesterday we went to a Christmas party/luncheon at a local restaurant with one of our Sunday School classes. This particular restaurant prides itself in serving down home county cookin’. We had fried chicken, chiklin dumplins, smashed taters an gravy, mustard greens, rolls and corn bread. Then for dessert, we had apricot cobbler. Oh! So good!

@Arye – My mother used to nibble the raw meat while she was cooking it. I’ve been known to do the same occasionally.
