Easy to see who is in the dark were. Of course, we can always ignore the treaty. It seems that most governments ignore theirs.

Name a treaty the United States signed with ANY Native American tribe they actually kept. The Seminole refused to sign any treaties– they knew it would do them no good.

That same “treaty respect” came to the fore during the Bush Administration– those silly Geneva Conventions our “honorable men” declared null and void– honorable my *!

As to point one - you really ARE old. You probably remember the ten plagues Pharaoh brought upon himself for not keeping HIS word. Second point - the Geneva Convention is not in force when the agressors are not in compliance from the onset (9/11) even up to the present day.The Conventions apply to a signatory nation even if the opposing nation is not a signatory, but only if the opposing nation “accepts and applies the provisions” of the Conventions.[10] The United States, however, has treated the opposition with much more human dignity than has been shown us. Don’t bother to argue. You are WRONG, yet again.

Oh, the horror of START, DADT, and the Stimulus… How dare the GOP not fight them with every last ounce of blood!

Hey, at least his guys got more concessions than the Democrats used to. Being a * pays, politically.

Did the Repubicans let this stuff slide through to use as ammo in the future, or was it they deal they struck to extend Bush’s tax cuts? Washington does it’s dirty work in the dark.

The toon of course indicates we are about to “come into the light”. The moon merely REFLECTS light. The heat source coming from inside the GOP might, again, be another darkness, and get us all burned.
