Oh the irony. They cancelled so many Republicans at CPAC while whining about cancel culture. It’s an SNL or Monty Python skit in itself; just far less funny.
After the Trumpers finish “Purifying” the party, there will be no intelligent life left in the party. It will be interesting to see how the QAnon party fares in the primaries. If Trump puts up a slate of QAnon believers, I suspect the general election will be a bloodbath of Republican seats or horror of horrors these zombies will take over the Republican side of Congress and there is a complete breakdown of the government.
I don’t believe the Democrats will be able to fight off this growing challenge. BIG money has been on the move since 1980, and has grown to un-imaginable proportions. They actually financed the creation of a golden idol in trump’s image. Could a writer have dreamt up this much? Even George Orwell’s 1984 didn’t reach for personal idolatry!

I watched for five minutes and had to turn the channel. I could feel my blood pressure rising (along with a wicked hot flash – I get them when I’m angry, kind of like a female version of the Incredible Hulk!) ;-)
Just remember, like so many other “third world” political parties, the so-called “republican” party only believes in elections if THEIR candidate gets elected – the 2020 election will be the LAST election that they will let slip through their grasp – they are already hard at work engineering future elections so that it will be almost impossible for them to actually lose an election.
What Trump fantasized, his loyal subjects are working like hell to make a reality.
This scenario has already played out in so many other third-world countries, and the republicans are now bringing it to America.
The election was much more a repudiation of the Orange Buffoon than it was an endorsement of Banker Joe. The events leading up to and on January sixth made even more people anti-Orange Buffoon. If he’s stupid enough to run again he’ll lose decisively again. CPAC was a bunch of hypocritical losers backing a hypocritical loser.
