Teriff Man! When people or countries come in to raid the great wealth of our Nation, he makes sure he gets his cut. He will always make sure to get his cut. He is taking $billions from Farmers and Manufacturers in Tariffs. TO MAKE HIMSELF RICH.

They are all tariff-ied, and with good reason.

Perhaps someone more knowledgeable could enlighten me here . It is my understanding that imposing a tax on someone else’s product , or service , could help a fledgling business to survive and get ahead .

But the steel and aluminum plants were once both thriving businesses in America . If they crashed because they couldn’t compete , why would any fool think they can be resurrected by penalizing successful competitors ?

Yes, it’s copied from Michael Andrew’s Cartoon today…

    “Captain Bone-Spurs”, A.K.A. “TARIFF MAN”!!

“LOOK!! Down in the swamp, it’s a slug! No, it’s a snake! NO, it’s TARIFF MAN! Faster then a shanked golf-ball, more disgusting then a pile of dog turds, able to dodge the draft 5 times, It’s TARIFF MAN!! Strange visitor from another reality, where ONLY Rich Old White Guys count, champion of the top 1%, destroyer of Average citizens dreams of a good life, and Russian Agent. TARIFF MAN, the most non-super Anti-hero of ALL TIME!! Coming soon to a Federal Courthouse near you!”

If you all caught Trump’s statement today, it summarizes his presidency perfectly. He’s not concerned about the rising deficit and debt as he will be out of office when the economy collapses and it will be someone else’s problem. And there you have it, folks.

I don’t get it. We’ve had tariffs on American made goods forever. We tax everything! It’s literally cheaper to sidestep all the taxes and regulations to outsource manufacturing offshore and pay for intercontinental shipping.
