One summer day in 1787: Man: How do we feel about Article II Section IV: "The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office and impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors." Man: Not quite right. Benjamin Franklin: It needs something. Man: I KNOW! Add "If you are afraid of losing the next election, enforcing this document is optional."
