Wow, that’s a little harsh for those of us squeamish about eating heart. It’s just what you get used to, and every country has their own “food stigmas” and weird stuff they like. Even Andrew Zimmern has hesitated at some of the foods placed before him :P. Also, livers and gizzards are nothing new, at least here in Nebraska. I had assumed they were offered pretty much everywhere in the country?-Aw, thanks Bri, no prob :)
