Maybe Congress should still draft collecting the new taxes on this new plan starting right away, and push the actual plan’s implementation back even further to 2016 (instead of 2013). That will make the plan look even less expensive in the ten year outlook.
We don’t need health care reform right away, I guess, as Democrats have been pushing. This will also pay for all the reckless spending since the bailouts and help Obama’s legacy as far as what kind of defecit he leaves behind.
