The House can’t hear the 9/11 first responders? Jim Morin gets this one wrong. After Jon Stewart’s impassioned, heartfelt plea, the House committee voted UNANIMOUSLY — all Democrats AND REPUBLICANS united — to pass the measure and it is expected to pass the House easily.
House not listening?
Please direct that concern to the Senate and see if Mitch McConnell is listening or to Trump, who was in 9/11 and, since he lied about knowing friends that were killed and about watching Muslims celebrating, and since he collected on fraudulent claims of losses that were as phony as his bone spurs (actually: brain spurs), and see if THEY will let this bill get enacted.
