I see a pattern here. Trump “portrays” a rich man to convince people he can use their money to build a fortune. He squanders it and defaults on the debt and claims the loss as his own to reap tax deductions. And a certain section of the population, the cognitively challenged, emotionally stunted one, proclaim him savior and elect him President. He is put in charge of a successful enterprise, but is surprised to find out he has to actually work at running it. He squanders money on golf trips and bad trade decisions, throws away income on tax credits to the rich to set the stage for collapsing the economy ……….. again.
But his supporters will never acknowledge his lacks because they realize they have bought a con and are embarrassed to admit it. Instead they will tout the DT’s genius and sink into poverty and Russian serfdom.
