Why does that B@#$% on CNN still have a job? She made such an A$$ of herself during the Duke Lacross rape case.

Having people too stupid to get out of jury duty to come up with the right verdict was too much to ask for.

^Exactly what single piece of evidence do you think proved she committed murder? Remember, “preponderance of the evidence” only counts in civil cases, not criminal.

Almost every case is determined on circumstantial evidence. It just has to overcome the “reasonable doubt” created by the defense. The prosecution is being criticized for over charging the crime. I believe they were correct and there was enough evidence to bring a conviction. The problem is TV and CSI that make jurors believe that DNA evidence should be the “Conclusive proof” of how a crime took place. The time spent in that hot swamp destroyed most evidence that existed.

it was just theatrics for cnn time fillers. it was nothing more than entertainment multimedia doing its thing. there are dozens of horrific murder cases being taken on all over this nation. no one really cares about this case, who has an open or ‘cold’ case of their own.
