And it’s always hardest in the beginning. When I started getting in shape I couldn’t jog for 30 seconds. Now I can do 5k with my dog 2-3 times a week with the dog in the summer….and that’s the most I want to run, I don’t know how people have the patience for long distance tunning. I prefer sports like squash and kick-boxing.
