Python or not, it’s a typical thing a brother is asked by his brother, and a typical thing that happens. My younger brother (8yrs younger) asked me the same question was 10, when I replied I had kissed my girl, his response was “eeeeeewwwwwwww! now you have cooties!” LOL
And yes, John’s face in panel three is priceless - and typical.
