Take matters into your own hands again – throw the PEOPLE into the drinking water sources that do that!
Technically, the stars are always out. You just can’t see them during the day.
If you had Infra Red and Ultra Violet you could see stars all day and no clouds would be visible.
Me too! I wish people would stop throwing things into water sources, period. Water is not a trash can!
