Well, making money is fun.

Sometimes, just getting away from the spouse for a few hours is fun… But not at the customer service desk. You get faced with a lot of whiners, and people who didn’t bother to read the directions – and it’s your fault.

One of the best things about my job is that I don’t have to wear a tie. In fact, I haven’t owned a tie for more than 20 years.

Keeping the over head low……
