‘Shield’ on a coat of arms were supposed to reflect achievements (so says Mrs. Google). I think an hour glass would represent ‘time’ and a four-leaf clover would be luck. So the Penny’s coat of arms would be something like, ‘Good Luck Eating Everything As Fast As You Can’.
