The aliens didn’t crash at Area 51. They crashed near Roswell, New Mexico. The aliens remains were taken to Wright Patterson AFB and the wrecked space craft was taken to Area 51 to be reverse engineered. Activites from Area 51 have been moved to Area 52 also know as Dugway Proving Ground. Area 52 is suspected of being an alien spaceport.
