Man, the squirrels just get nastier by the day with no dog to chase ‘em! Hopefully whoever moves in will have a good huntin’ dawg to… help clear up… the tree rodent problem.
A lab puppy is bad enough for squirrels. Cats can be fatally dangerous. However, squirrels would be more worrried that the new owners would have a variety of rat terrier known to be good squirrel hunting dogs. This version has the high energy of most terrier breeds and a stronger desire to get a squirrel than most cats.
