That young beggar might be un-employable with no education, job skills, poor work experience, etc. He may also be socially dysfunctional whereby he has alienated his family and friends. He was also probably cut off from governmental and charitable organizations for abusive behavior. I wish cartoonists would take this reality into consideration.

Why is it right-wingers that that want to cut people off welfare. This is not true we want them off welfare. It’s the give them a fish story we would rather teach them to fish.

Obviously, Chicago teachers earning 70+ grand a year with benefits, working nine months a year is an indecent condition and a unlivable wage. And they’re all Obamacrats.
