Sorry, but ‘latino’ encompasses all nationalities of latinate extraction. That WOULD include French Canadian, Mexican, and all of Central and South America. Not to speak of Puerto Rico, Cuba, Texas, New Mexico, California, etc, etc, etc, etc.There is a large native latino population in St. Paul, Minnesota. When I say native, I mean born there.

I forgot, the Italian and Portugese extractions … lots of them too.
