Most dogs are born able to swim, so no assistance is needed. With regard to Fred, with all that fat, he certainly would float high in the water. Are we going to see him perform as his buddies have?
Hmmm..That would be a good idea on land for my dog..Fill the water wings with Bourbon or Scotch and have him trained to serve..kinda like a little St Bernard rescuer..
