As in having NO tolerance for those that have an opinion or belief that is different than your own!

I can’t tell who’s being dumber, the “lefties” calling for boycott, or the “righties” demanding more bigotry. It’s a friggin’ fast food garbage pumping restaurant chain. If you wan’na gag it down, do so, but “free enterprise” also means, just don’t go there.

Yep, as a radical centrist, seeing that both sides are nuts, and fanatics, and “fringe” elements, proves the “lame stream media” is just as fringe, and leans pretty far right with their propaganda, even the supposed “liberals”.

I defend the freedom of speech of an individual to express his views, even if I don’t agree with him, so long as folks aren’t harmed. It is the frenzy that the media picked up, that is harmful, NOT the original expression of opinion.

It’s not the guy saying he’s against gay marriage, it’s that he says he’s going to use the company’s money and influence (remember, corporations are people now, and have free speech) to elect bigoted right-wingers to congress. Any American who buys Chik-Fil-A is building their own prison.

Freedom of speech is different than lobbying (speaking for the company as a whole). It’s an old hat, but what if this involved involved a difference in race or religion? Do the religious right pick-and-choose which parts of the Bible to which they adhere? Okay. What about people who eat shellfish? What about women who are in the bleeding portion of their menstrual cycle?

Yes, we can vote with our dollars and choose not to patronize Chick-fil-a. Does that make it right? Can I choose not to patronize a business that does not allow blacks or that gives to white-is-right causes? Certainly, but that does not give that business the right to refuse service to blacks or to give to white supremacist causes on behalf of their employees. Businesses are NOT citizens and should be disallowed from political contributions or endorsements. Yes, this includes ALL parties. Government is by the people. The Supreme Court decision to give citizenship to corporations was flat-out wrong.

Can you set up a tax shelter in another country? Can you take losses from international trade as a deduction on your taxes yet still make a profit and pay no taxes?

Who’s intolerant – CFA or the left that doesn’t like Cathy’s opinion? Well, are gays disallowed? Or do some simply disagree w/ their life style?

Let’s get this straight: Corporations are pieces of paper. They can be traded, bought, valued and devalued. They can give a virtually unlimited amount of money through ‘soft’ contributions, PACs and numerous other vehicles. A human being is a human being. We are limited by a $2500 (how many of you can afford that?) contribution and the time we might be able to spend on a campaign.

The combination of chicken sandwiches and culture wars doesn’t make for an inviting menu. Do they serve dinners in petri dishes?

Bennett, SHAME ON YOU. You and your disgusting ilk are the intolerant ones, and even liberals know that. You are intolerant towards Christians and their values. Shame!!But your cronies’ plans backfired, didn’t it? Seems like CFA has just seen its best business day ever. Wow, Bennett, apparently the majority of Americans don’t think like you!

LOL! I wouldn’t say that about their sandwiches, but their fries yes. Why would someone who claims to believe there is a God who punishes the wicked and their abominations, make those horrible waffle fries?!

I am absolutely astonished by the total INTOLERANCE of the left!

No, scratch that. I am not astonished. I expected it.

It is interesting that the libtards expect the conservatives to tolerate ANYTHING they throw at us. However, when one high profile person says, “I believe in the sanctity of marriage”, the libtards go NUTS!

Notice, Mr. Cathy did NOT say he was against gays.

Notice, Mr. Cathy did NOT say he would boycott businesses owned by gays.

Notice, Mr. Cathy did NOT say he would refuse service gays that come into his business.

Notice, Mr. Cathy did NOT say he would refuse to hire gays to work for him.

But the LIBTARDS blast him from every angle trying to paint him as some monster and demand that we, the people, be 1) against Christians, against Christian owned businesses, 3) refuse to serve Christians that come into our business, and 4) refuse to hire Christians.

Then, in San Franciso, when a few Christians tried to go into the Castro District to share Christ, the TOLERANT libtards drove them out! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PrRxFoBSPng http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O4Xb-au-wpU&feature=related

Total hypocrites. The libtards that are blasting Mr. Cathy are all total hypocrites. Period.

Get your math right. I am a math major. Your logic is flawed, incomplete, and totally misdirected.

Also, get your facts right. If the ‘majority’ were not conservative, then the protestors outside the Chick-fil-A restaurants would have outnumbered the patrons. However, all you have to do is look at the pictures. The patrons (conservatives) outnumbered the protestors (libtards) THOUSANDS to one!

Find me ONE picture where the protestors outnumbered the patrons. ONE!

Unlike conservatives like Bill O’Reilly, those in Congress for the last 50 years, and evangelicals, I do NOT support boycotts, of Business, Cuba, France, Iran or everywhere else conservatives, and especially religious conservatives, like O’Reilly, Pat Robertson, Falwell (who’s he boycotting now?), and their candidates, support.

I wouldn’t go to the restaurant in question, because their food is apparently garbage, but the owner’s personal views, as long as he doesn’t violate law, is fine.

I believe in the right to speak my opinion, whatever that is. I also believe in your right to speak your opinion, whatever that is! We don’t have to agree about our opinions, that’s tolerance! Intolerance is calling me names when you disagree with what I say.
