If you lived in Illinois, you wouldn’t have any problem believing that. We have the dumbest, most corrupt regime of any state in the union!

I hope Ram isn’t married.

I’ll give you “dumbest,” but the most corrupt by far is right here in Utah.

Living in Springfield Illinois I didn’t believe it until I checked it out and its true.

Ram can play Double-Dutch jumprope by himself! Okay, I’m stretching it.

Just put in front of your building as an address and see if they get it. That is one very large bat and a very long mustache.

Does your beard hang low? Does it wobble to and fro? Can you tie it in a knot, can you tie it in a bow?

My grandad used to sing that, but he used a completely different body part than beard!

They could provide them a home so they could have an address, but then they would have to evict them because they are no longer homeless.

The address on the homeless form is a test, if you fill in an address your request is denied because you’re obviously not homeless! ; ))

Either that is a REALLY BAD illustration, or they are measuring BOTH sides of his mustache and adding them together!

For a mustache, the measurement would most likely be the span (rather than the amount of droop), so, from tip to tip.
