Folks,please consider this perplexing question.Namely, how can dogs find this an acceptable method of becoming acquainted?My 365 Dogs calendar for today, August 8th, states that “dogs have 250 million olfactory cells, while humans have but 5 million”.“Dogs also have 15 more times more cilia, the hairlike structures lining the olfactory area that enhance the ability to capture scent”.Amazed that this strip perfectly coincided with this statement about dogs’ sense of smell. Mark Parisi has a 365 Dogs calendar, also?Love dogs, but have now come to ponder why they subject themselves to this kind of self-abuse.
