    Why is it any time someone has a few years of experience she becomes a Senior, instead of an experienced person? Bite her, Marcy!

    I don’t know that “junior nurse” is much less insulting than “senior nurse.”

    I’m just in my first year of nursing school and I have heard that senior nurses do act like bullies to new nurses and even to nursing students. Is it really true? Cause so far I’ve been dealing with nurses who were like Marcy. Patient, very willing to teach, etc.
