^In fairness, there ARE a lot of folks in Appalachia tired of being shafted by the mine owners, and HUGELY opposed to the destruction of their land, and lives. But they’re in the same boat as those in the Gulf, exposed to “fracking”, and on the coasts demanding environmentally sound development, not just “rape and pillage”, overwhelmed by company power, and a few well spent dollars in CONGRESS, on primarily the right side of the aisle, which is out to DESTROY our way of life, not “preserve” it!
Even Europe realizes the irony that the ignorant rednecks who hate Obama the most are the ones most in need of his help since they are all poor and need free healthcare!
I know of a couple hollers in Appalachia where Ima should move to, drink the water, and learn, about retardation, birth defects, cancers, and death. The Middle East doesn’t produce any coal, and OURS is now being shipped TO CHINA!! and other parts of Asia. Knowledge is power, and Ima et al can’t even come up with a discharged triple A battery!!
