What does “watermeloned” mean here? I tried Googe and found nothing for that although “watermeloning” got results as a slang term for 1) a sexual practice, 2) saying something stupid, 3) pretending to know the words of a song in group singing by singing “watermelon” over and over and 4) juggling one or more watermelons, none of which seems to fit the context here.

Thanks, all, I never even noticed that yesterday, though I have to say now that is an awfully spherical watermelon, more like a striped canteloupe.
