The track only looks to be a 1/10 of a mile.

^ Because all comic strips are drawn with amazing accuracy and exactly to scale. The proper term is Dreadmill. Of course only athletes and Dickensian paupers would be sure to get that.

I Don’t see multiple people unless I cross my eyes, but everything is a 10 on the blurry scale if I’m not wearing my glasses.

@USAFMSGT I think my Rambler American was a ’61. Flathead six.

A little thing, that all us runners do, is use the term “interval” incorrectly as Frazz does here. The interval refers to the period of rest between runs, not the run itself. I imagine Frazz would hate for that to be pointed out.

The Rambler I owned had a bad radiator – they told me it was a design problem. The bad starter almost got me dropped from the auto club. I haven’t bought a used car since.

There’s barely a TOWN in Rodney, Michigan, let alone anything else. I’m not sure what Jef’s referring to here, but I don’t see why it would be that. Could be a friend. (I went to school with Jef from 3rd grade through high school.)

I think he took a leaf from Hee Haw’s book and is honoring tiny towns in MI (Saah-LUTE!)
