Good thing there are no activists on the court.

And the liberals feel the same way when the judges rule their way, so what is your point? Besides, they did have a point about the feds not enforcing the laws.

The Supreme Idiots just echo Reep talking points, like the hacks they are. Appointed by Reep presidents to do Reep bidding. Corporatists to the core. If the Reeps get the presidency, you can all look for to a corporate, i.e. fascist, agenda to follow.

LOLOLOL Yes that Citizens United ruling was just sooo outragiously liberal. Do you even follow the news or just like most right wingers just blurt out statements as fact when they are so far from… It would be funny if it wasnt so sad.

The “inferior” courts to the supreme, like district and appeals, have been radically “conservative” since appointments going back to Reagan, and the “holdup” of appointments under Clinton AND Obama, with many vacancies unfilled.

Folks don’t realize how many decisions have provided “aid and comfort” to corporate interests in the last 30 years, while giving “we the people”, the shaft. It is only the very tip of the iceberg that actually reaches the SCOTUS, and STILL only get attention, about 20% of the time!
