I can’t believe it took me this long to realize that the salesman is supposed to be Frank Nelson.
A great example of why many of the big box retailers have gone the way of the eight track tape in recent years.

best buy is laying off a LOT of clerks!!! Prolly their “crappy” Customer Service, or lack thereof!!!
