Subway rats? Wow. Our subways only have little grey city mice. Cute little critters who don’t chew on body parts. Morning DOC. Night time is quieter here too, except downtown.

Is this strip before or after the twin towers? I see the Empire State Building, but no towers.

Doctor Toon, They only time I don’t want to see a lot of people around is when I’m out shopping, but I otherwise love the big city. The smallest city I’ve lived in is Edmonton, AB.

I’ve been to New York on business twice. I loved it.

I loved working in downtown Montreal. Everything was so conveniently close to the office and in walking distance.

Never liked the big cities. I guess you had to live in them, rather than just stop by.

Another day of 47 degrees……..great weather to be out and about!

Good morning, tribe!I’ve been to NYC several times (my sister used to live near it). Great place to visit, but I sure wouldn’t want to live there. We were always glad to go back home to KS at the end of each visit. It was great having my sister to give us tips and directions, she usually took vacation time to show us around. Since we homeschooled our kids, we’d go when there were less tourists, but there were still plenty of people. But the cost of living is just too expensive there, high taxes, and a lot more intrusive government laws.

Rmom & Montana Lady, I feel the same way about small towns. I much prefer a crowded universe – and it’s much easier to blend into the crowd.
