Ha! So true! I had a buddy who tried to eat a burger from the fridge one day, and his dad told him that the burger was for the dog; if my buddy wanted a burger, then he’d better start greeting his dad at the door with his tail wagging when the dad got home from the night shift. He never did get that burger. The dog got pretty fat.

And I’m glad (of course) that you made the dog a recurring character. Awesome. I haven’t seen the dad before, but he’s equally genius.
