Siempre hay la biblioteca pública. There’s always the public library.

Kid, it’s an elementary-school library. You can do better.

Try read.gov for more free reading. There are lots of places to find and enjoy new books. School is a journey, not a destination…

She loves her library – and going to the public library feels like cheating. But once she gets into the bigger library, she’ll see how limited the elementary school library really is.

Not so sure what her problem is. I was in elementary school when I was introduced to the public library.

Yeah, I opine that we could use schoolground facilities better for people…why not open the multi-purpose/cafeteria room for study from 6-9? kids have to bring a parent of responsible asdult, and have a mostly-crossing guard there to sing them in and out, too many kids are trapped in an old double wide with a couple of double-wide or mean or stoned parents, without a book or a computer…how about we open an unused room and advertise? TOT makes all the difference…anybody can learn anything if they spend enough Time on Task…how do we make it happen?

I wish there was enough money in school districts so they can keep the school libraries opened even during the summer. Where do the summer school kids go for their reading materials?
