A plugger misdialed and got my number instead of the roofer he wanted and he said pretty much what the lady in the comic said. "Hey. While I have you on the phone . . . " and we chatted for about 10 minutes.
I’ve never had this happen to me but it sounds like something I would like to experience at least once . . . so long as they’re nice, sober and make sense!!!!!

I hope that is not a rotary phone! We learned that Pluggers have a hard time with them a week or so ago. Especially speed dialing.
