I think personal baggage refers to his off-court personal problems, not luggage.
I agree, offside. But, if it didn’t, that luggage would have to come in a diferent plane than he and his teammates.
how else would you carry your personal baggage? personal luggage seems to be a good answer (IMHO).
and those athletes with a lot of baggage aren’t just in the NBA, they are in all sports
