A real Plugger would have used a sewing machine! The kids these days!

Lets not forget making book covers from paper bags.

I used to cover my books in oilcloth. Can still remember the distinctive odor..but classy.

No, no, Mom! You don’t put the initials right out there on the garment, that’s embarrassing. You put them on the inside waistband or size tag.
