When I was still teaching I used to illustrate problematic legal issues by drawing a can of worms on the chalkboard. I was a better professor than I was an illustrator. My biggest disaster was when I drew a stick figure with a “deep pocket” to illustrate why certain defendants were being sued. Think about it. I simply dismissed class early because there was no way people would stop laughing before the scheduled end of the period.
