Used to have FOUR chihuahuas that would run to the fence in the backyard to bark like crazy at a Saint Bernard on the other side. He seemed to enjoy the attention. He would stand there wagging his tail the whole time.

That’s a myth even with people.
My golden mix used to do that with the neighbor’s chihuahua. Hysterical. I’m sorry they moved away.
