But our loose money policy leads to future inflation and harder times for the country.*the Bible predicts a day coming when it will take a day’s pay to buy a loaf of bread…..and IMO the Bible is always correct.
…if only you could have listened to an interview I heard on BBC radio 4 between a Greek economist & a German MP. The Greek was using self-deprecating humour but despairing. He was trying in vain to make it understood that their bail-out wasn’t working because the solution itself was unworkable, not that the Greeks were not “trying hard enough”. The German MP simply said he was only answerable to the German voters & taxpayers (i.e. those who are financing bail-outs). Apparently they are hell-bent on austerity measures. *shrugs
