In the five minutes, on average, say, that it takes to write & post a remark, Mitt Romney, while doing absolutely nothing, made $200.The next time that you see him on a debate, start the meter. He may be the only candidate reaping great sums while both talking or, supposedly, listening. In a 90-minute debate, Romney makes $3700.

I have absolutely NOTHING against people, OR corporations making an honest profit, and paying their legitimate share of the costs to the nation to provide them that profit. It is those who do NOTHING to actually build business, and strengthen the nation making huge untaxed profits that “tick me off”.

Banks are the ones sitting on HUGE piles of money they got from the GOVERNMENT, that they will NOT loan out to small businesses and individuals. It is “conservative” laws and regulations that allow this hypocrisy to continue! It is this idiocy that keeps the playing field a slope with only the wealthy at the top of the hill rolling boulders down on the rest of the nation.

Eryx is right. You are boring.

If you want we can write to Obama and tell him to give up golf in honor of the troops, like a War Shrub did. That should take care of that problem, right?

And quit with the straw man. Nobody’s going (much less suggesting) to take everything from the top 1%. Taxing them at a reasonable rate (35% like the rest of us) would bring down the debt in years. Don’t think so? Just look at the results tax cuts gave us: deficits. Its not rocket science.

This isn’t a math problem, its a comprehension problem. Obama comprehends that marginal income tax rate starts to tax people at 35% if they earn money through salaries or wages. Carried interest and Capital Gains is taxed at 15% maximum (just ask Mitt Romney). As for small businesses getting hurt by tax increases CNN already debunked this myth.

Bush “gave up golf” because his recreational interests changed as readily as his “war” interests, you know, if you don’t find bin Laden right away, switch to bombing a country that had NOTHING TO DO WITH 9/11, and let your prime quarry get away.
