Did he really mean “pitcher” or “picture”?

The handles on a pitcher or ewer are called ears. Small one have a large handles to make them easier to control while pouring.

If they didn’t repeat everything…

I have a little pitcher with big ears. It’s ceramic (I think), in great condition and really old. I’ve tried to sell it but not very many people have heard the saying so they think it’s just creepy. Yep it has actual ears for the handle. :-)

I just can’t pitcher that.

I imagine the end of Opal’s story was Earl saying, “I wondered why they were a little big. I thought I lost weight”.

Then he said “I’m wearing your bra, too!”

I wear my wife’s pants, and underwear all the time!

I’m wearing panties and bra right now. I’m a cross dresser, hence the name Kathy Dresser.

I’m thinking that’s where Earl’s quote was going, and why Nelson shouldn’t be listening. No good explaining that one!

Only tell stories on the husband’s when out to coffee or wine bar.

That’s the way you find things out.
