Although the Henry case is a bit of a slap in the face of FIFA, what do they expect, a refs decision during the game is final, and if they allow this to be replayed then it would mean all previous games would have to be also. All it means is that France better not win the world cup.
I like how soccer handles injuries and ref’s calls, the games go so much smoother. Also like how they limit the number of player changes in a game. Football and hockey are more fun to watch, but they stop too much.
No kidding. I watched a few American Football games, and seriously, the game stops way too much. It’s 5 seconds of frantic action, then one minute of doing nothing. Football (soccer) is at least more consistent - barring severe injuries or intentional delays (like in the end of the game by the winning team) the thing doesn’t stop for more than a few seconds at a time.

Apparently Thierry Henry would like a rematch, too. How sporting.
