Always have a plan B. And a alibi.

… as long as you’re not committing yourself to one plan or alibi… or meaning. Remember the eggs.

Vegans don’t have these problems.

What really sucks is when Plans A through X don’t work … you’re stuck trying to come up with plan Y and Z, as well as AA, AB, AC, AD, AE, etc.

I guess it means never speak too soon.

In the old days, it meant to diversify your portfolio. Spread your money around. ( Stocks, bonds, real estate ) Today it means don’t spend all of your money paying bills, save some for grocery’s.

it means always carry TWO baskets to the hen house to collect eggs – and spread them evenly between the two. That way you build up your muscles in both arms carrying the baskets. Otherwise you would be lopsided.

I’d say absolutely what it means… except then all my proverbial eggs would be in that one basket. Or would that be ironic? Not Alanis Morriessette ironic, but the real kind.

Uhmmm… “Don’t put all your eggs…” That one. It’s out of the blue, I know.

You CAN put all your eggs in one basket, as long as you keep a close eye on the basket.

Wait a minute… Is Toby working on homework…? I don’t think I’ve ever seen him hold a pencil before.

I’ve been thinking about this since I checked my news feed on facebook. I’m going with scrambled. or omelet.
