Note it’s a corporate owned “private” or “charter” school. When I went back to my old high school reunion 10 years ago, the security at the school was higher, with higher fences, and more guards, than at any jail or prison I ever “deposited” clients in. That was a reflection on where the country has gone, and NOT a pleasant realization.
Henry Frick, of Homestead steel strike fame, once observed that “I can hire half the American poor to kill the other half”. Sadly, it’s still all too true. A hungry man will do almost anything, and you get real hungry real fast when you lose your job.
