    A friend in Hungary once told me that their natl. phone co charges a caller effen if nobody answers or you get a busy signal. Wonder why Am Belland all the Litle Bells haven’tthought of that before now….

    AIS in Thailand charges if you dial the number. No answer you still get tapped.

    Not to mention a “waiting fee” for all of the time you spend waiting in line – only to learn that you have been waiting in the WRONG line – and need to go to that teller “over there!”
