As to the “employment” issue, a lot more people are “under-employed” than unemployed, and that has NOT been considered by many in the last two decades- precisely because it reflects that the economy has not been “well” for some time.

So, you’ve already forgotten that he had a Supermajority in both houses for 2 years and couldn’t get anything done?.The liberal ability to ignore recent history is boundless…

They had to get a rest from the hard work of making sure nothing got done that could go on the President’s ‘Done’ list, and everything got done to try to ensure he’s a ‘one-term President’, and fulfill that promise the GOP made, when ‘one of them got elected to the job’.

Bipartisan? I have grave misgivings. I wish they could compromise; but nobody wants to give an inch. Who suffers? The people.
